Job Summary: We are seeking a Pousada Supervisor and a General Maintenance Technician with proactivity, practical leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient pousada operations. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across all areas. **Pousada Supervisor** * Key Responsibilities: * Supervise all pousada operations * Manage guest accommodations, visits, and guest service * Administer check-in and check-out systems * Monitor kitchen operations and breakfast service * Manage inventory control * Support administrative routines * Ensure standards of quality, organization, and hospitality * Roll up sleeves and assist hands-on whenever necessary * Work toward achieving guest satisfaction goals * Desired Profile: Proactive, willing, and energetic * Organized with strong sense of responsibility * Practical leadership ability—ready to get involved hands-on * Good communication skills * Operational flexibility Required Knowledge: * Basic computer skills, Excel * Basic kitchen knowledge * Inventory management, governance, hospitality * Pousada/hospitality operational routines * (Courses or experience in hospitality, hospitality services, or tourism are advantageous) **General Maintenance** Key Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance * Keep all areas organized and fully functional * Act proactively—not waiting for problems to occur * Provide support to all pousada departments * Maintain: Machinery, Air-conditioning units, Swimming pools, Equipment and machinery in general Technical Knowledge: * Basic electrical systems * Basic plumbing * Pool cleaning and treatment * General building maintenance * Desired Profile: Fully operational * Dynamic and proactive * Available whenever required * Ability to resolve issues promptly **Mandatory Requirements (Both Roles)** * Completed high school education (secondary level) * Proactive and committed profile * Willingness to reside on-site * Prior experience will be considered an advantage * Courses in hospitality/hospitality services are advantageous Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance Work Location: On-site
