




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for customer service, order tracking, preparation of commercial proposals, and support for events and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Document and report organization **Availability for rotating shift: 6x1** **Barueri Shopping** * Customer Service: Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and products via WhatsApp, telephone, email, and in person; * Sales Order Tracking: Monitor sales orders to ensure they are processed correctly and within established deadlines; * Commercial Proposal Preparation: Assist in the creation and review of commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies; * Issuance and dispatch of quotations; * Event scheduling (birthdays, corporate gatherings, etc); * Receive and direct event service providers (catering, decoration, photography, etc); * Support event organization and execution, serving as the focal point for customers, service providers, and staff; * Support the manager in meeting company needs; * Perform cashier coverage when required; * Prioritize excellent customer service; * Inventory Management: Check and control inventory levels, informing the sales team about product availability. * Document Organization: Maintain organized documents and correspondence, ensuring all information is accessible and properly filed; * Prepare general reports. * Adjust, when necessary, the positioning of protective foam pads and verify the securing of nets, toys, and other equipment. Cases requiring specialized technical attention shall be referred to the responsible professional.
