Support in tax calculation and issuance of invoices **JOB 2231 – HR AND TAX INTERNSHIP** Catanduva/SP – Centro **Mon to Fri | 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (only 4 hours/day)** **Stipend:** R$ 900.00 + R$ 100.00 Transportation Allowance Responsibilities - Assist in organizing and verifying employee admission and registration documents; - Assist in verifying payroll, benefits, and labor charges, always under supervision; - Support organizing the department’s digital files; - Support verifying automatic imports of incoming and outgoing invoices into the system; - Assist in verifying invoices, checking basic data (amounts, dates, highlighted taxes); - Provide initial support for Simples Nacional tax calculations, organizing information for review by the responsible person; - Assist in other administrative activities related to HR and Tax departments; - Maintain organization of the internship workspace and files under your responsibility; issue service and product invoices; - Import bank statements and verify accounting balances; - Send documents via WhatsApp; - Provide WhatsApp support for routine matters, follow up with clients regarding document submission, and respond to simple inquiries. **Requirements** Proactive and communicative profile, with interest in learning and professional development; proficiency in Word and Excel.
