Responsibilities: **Responsibilities and Activities** * Recording and verifying invoices (incoming and outgoing); * Recording accounts payable and receivable in the system; * Performing daily bank reconciliation; * Managing and organizing financial documents; * Issuing electronic invoices; * Providing support for departmental administrative routines; * Physical and digital archiving of documents. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in administrative/financial roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; * Must reside near Barueri. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with ERP systems; * Basic knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
