




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for customer service at a boutique gym, focused on delivering an excellent and memorable experience to members, with daily support and attention to detail. Opportunity to care for people and deliver above-average service. **About the position** We are looking for someone to work in **customer service** at a **boutique gym**, with full focus on ensuring an **excellent experience** throughout the member’s entire journey. You will be a key point of contact for welcoming members, providing daily support, and attending to the details that make service memorable. Main Responsibilities * **Greet and serve customers** in person (and, when necessary, via WhatsApp/phone), with friendliness, efficiency, and attention to detail. * **Ensure the customer experience** in the studio/reception area: maintaining an organized environment, addressing needs, and monitoring daily flow. * **Prepare and serve whey protein** and other beverages from the menu, following hygiene, portioning, and presentation standards. * **Sell products** (e.g., supplements, convenience items, and/or merchandise), applying consultative approaches and recording sales. * **Serve beverages and amenities** (water, coffee, snacks, towels, and other items offered by the gym), ensuring restocking and quality standards. * Support daily operations through **inventory organization**, basic supply control, and communication of restocking needs. * Contribute to a positive environment by collaborating with the team to uphold the boutique standard of service. Requirements * Experience in **customer service** (front desk, hospitality, retail, café, studio/gym, or similar). * Strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and attention to detail. * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding routines and standards. * Availability to work **shifts** (to be agreed upon).
