Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Proven experience in the field; * Knowledge of labor, social security, and union legislation; * Experience with payroll routines, electronic time tracking, vacation management, and terminations; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
