Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and monitoring indicators. Support basic financial processes, such as invoice verification, data entry, expense controls, and payment support. Provide support to internal departments, ensuring process efficiency and timely response to administrative requests. Monitor deadlines, internal procedures, and compliance with established regulations. **Requirements:** Completed bachelor’s degree; a degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields is preferred. Prior experience in administrative routines and internal controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for spreadsheet preparation and report analysis. Organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
