Multifunctional capability is expected. **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in: * + Administration + Accounting + Economics + Financial Management or related fields * Intermediate knowledge of Excel * Experience in administrative or financial routines * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks * Support in customer registration and documentary analysis * + Document organization for credit committee + Updating registrations and internal controls + Supporting credit routines and monitoring credit limits + Supporting branch administrative routines + Organizing documents, contracts, and files + Responding to internal requests and supporting departments + Liaising with headquarters when necessary + Managing employee documentation + Supporting hiring, termination, and basic HR routines + Organizing time records, files, and personnel information
