The role of account management is to mediate the relationship between partners and our team, ensuring clear communication, delivery efficiency, and a positive client experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing customer service via phone, WhatsApp, email, and meetings—answering questions and offering necessary support; - Gathering and organizing briefings; - Prioritizing requests with the team; - Validating materials internally and with clients; - Monitoring deadlines and deliveries. Additional Information: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (if your classes are held in the morning, alternative schedules can be negotiated). Monthly stipend of R$ 1,200.00 + Life insurance.
