It offers personalized services to meet its clients’ needs in the real estate market. **Responsibilities:** Customer service (via WhatsApp, phone, and in-person). Registration of customers, properties, and contracts in the system. Verification of leasing documents. Issuance and dispatch of contracts for electronic signature. Requesting inspections, insurance policies, and contract renewals. Key handover and leasing process support. Communication with property owners, tenants, and property management companies. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
