Use of control systems and digital tools **Public Service** * Greet students and visitors courteously. * Provide information regarding membership plans, class schedules, training modalities, and gym services. * Conduct in-person, telephone, and messaging (WhatsApp/email) customer service. **Administrative Routines** * Assist in issuing and updating student contracts and registrations. * Organize documents, file records, and maintain updated entries in the internal system. * Monitor student entry and exit via system/turnstile. * Support payment tracking, monthly fee collection, and resolution of outstanding issues. **Operational Support** * Monitor class schedules, time adjustments, and communicate changes to students. * Assist in organizing the reception area and common spaces. * Support internal marketing initiatives, such as promotion and event announcements. **Competencies Developed** * Customer service and professional communication. * Administrative organization and basic management concepts. * Use of control systems and digital tools. * Public interaction and problem-solving. **Internship Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an Administration program. * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and proactivity.
