Completed high school education and proficiency in Microsoft Office The hired candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing employee documentation, sending documents to accounting, sending and tracking administrative emails, updating documents on construction project platforms, performing basic payment and spreadsheet control, communicating with employees, providing general administrative support, and assisting in internal planning when required. We seek a candidate with completed high school education, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and preferably a technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Important attributes include organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks, as well as proactivity and willingness to learn. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in administrative or HR routines, experience working in construction companies, construction projects, industrial firms, or service providers; familiarity with the Obra Prima platform; knowledge of hiring, termination, and labor documentation processes; and experience sending documents to accounting or HR departments.
