Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** We are seeking a professional to work in operational security, performing activities inherent to SOC and CSIRT, with the objective of monitoring and protecting Emana Pay's assets against cyber threats, thereby reducing associated business risks. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Create SIEM alerts considering specific business scenarios; * Create and lead incident response plans; * Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents; * Lead crisis rooms; * Document incidents, root causes, and corrective actions; * Create and update lessons-learned documentation; * Create and review information security procedure documentation, such as runbooks and playbooks; * Automate incident response controls; * Support cases identified by the Threat Intelligence team; * Develop and maintain area metrics. **What are the Requirements?** * Experience in security operations, Blue Team / SOC / CSIRT. * Experience in log analysis and alert creation; * Experience in leading incident response; * Knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments; * Knowledge of cloud security services; * Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE and NIST; * Experience in incident response and handling; Knowledge of projects using agile methodologies; * **What are the Preferred Qualifications?** * Knowledge of WAF, DLP, EDR. * Knowledge of banking regulations. * Intermediate and/or advanced English/Spanish for participation in conferences with vendors and other departments. \#LI\-EF1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
