Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure coverage and volume across all registered points of sale within the assigned territory; * Explore business opportunities according to channel and ideal product mix, identifying solutions through daily visits, onboarding new customers, and introducing new product lines; * Ensure timely updates to customer inventory reports using information gathered at points of sale; * Monitor delinquent customers, ensuring continuous and healthy sales; * Identify opportunities for improvement in the service chain operations and communicate them to drive continuous improvement; * Assess product expiration dates, visual communication quality, and product service standards to guarantee the best consumer experience; * Stay updated on corporate commercial information and market guidance by attending monthly team meetings; * Evaluate product exposure and point-of-sale ambiance using merchandising materials to boost sales; * Identify market opportunities by monitoring competitor activities; * Build genuine, lasting relationships with customers, consumers, and the community, establishing oneself as a specialist consultant on our products and equipment, capable of offering solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed high school education. **Required** * Valid driver’s license, category B, and personal vehicle; * Prior experience in sales; * Experience in commercial routines, merchandising, sales, and negotiation techniques; * Familiarity with systems and technologies; * Willingness to travel; * Must reside in: Caldas Novas or Morrinhos. **Desirable** * Previous experience in consumer goods or the food segment. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health plan; * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance (Fuel Card); * Meal or Food Allowance; * Monthly Product Kit; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
