Serve as the technical authority for at least one metro-railway system, issuing technical opinions and recommendations, and auditing process execution throughout the entire project lifecycle. Define engineering procedures, standards, and best practices, ensuring that technical documents for systems and their interfaces incorporate best practices, applicable standards, lessons learned, and meet contractual requirements related to performance, quality, and safety. Act as the integration focal point for complex projects, ensuring validation of technical and functional integration activities among metro-railway systems and subsystems (Rolling Stock, Permanent Way, Signaling, Power Supply, Auxiliary Systems, Civil Works, Technology – Telecommunications, Engineering, Operations/Maintenance, and RAMS). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the integration focal point for each project, centralizing communication with involved disciplines and their specialists (internal or external). * Define integration and interface management procedures, as well as standard documents and checklists; serve as custodian of central team processes and support their application across projects and ventures throughout the project lifecycle. * Conduct audits of processes related to systems engineering, integration, and interfaces, and monitor action plans. * Coordinate and perform validation activities for technical documents, integration plans, and interface verification and validation documents. * Facilitate technical decision-making, escalate risks, and ensure traceability of actions. * Participate in the Change Management Committee, assessing systemic impacts and ensuring compliance with requirements and processes. * Consolidate lessons learned and promote continuous improvement in corporate standards. * Participate in the new business development phase, drafting specifications, analysis reports, comments, opinions, and recommendations. * Draft technical specifications. * Comply with and enforce company standards and procedures related to one’s role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you?** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Telecommunications, Civil, or related fields); Systemic vision and proven experience in metro-railway system projects (railway, metro, monorail) — covering design, integration, testing, and commissioning phases. Knowledge of interface management, requirement traceability, change management, and integration processes for large-scale railway projects. Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings; Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings (CAD); Familiarity with metro-railway standards (CENELEC / ISO) and process development; Proficiency in Office suite, BI tools, and others—including indicator generation; Team spirit, organization, clear communication, and process-oriented approach.
