About the Position: Responsible for customer service, delivering exceptional service in terms of information accuracy, friendliness, and advisory support for service sales. Essential Responsibilities: \- Provide in-person service and deliver information about treatments and services \- Serve customers through other contact channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, email) \- Organize and prepare the workplace before clinic/store opening, keeping it clean and welcoming; \- Perform tasks including scheduling, rescheduling appointments, billing, and client database updates \- Maintain organization of service rooms.
