Public communication and professional demeanor Organize the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and goods in residential and commercial condominiums, companies, industries, and public and private institutions; control access by identifying, registering, and authorizing entry only for duly authorized individuals, in accordance with company or condominium regulations and guidelines; receive visitors, service providers, and suppliers, verify their identification documents, perform registrations, and, when necessary, contact internal responsible parties for authorization. Monitor movement via security cameras; safeguard property integrity by verifying proper closure of doors and gates; report irregularities and request support when needed; receive mail and packages and deliver them correctly to recipients; provide basic information to visitors and residents; maintain a professional demeanor—courteous, attentive, agile, discreet, and possessing strong communication skills—as this role involves direct interaction with the public.
