




Job Summary: A nutrition professional to implement programs, provide nutritional follow-up for patients, and develop health initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and provide nutritional plans for patients. 2. Monitor nutritional risk scores and document consultations. 3. Identify emerging trends and develop nutritional health initiatives. **Responsibilities** • Contribute to the implementation of programs and services related to the field of practice; • Develop and provide nutritional plans for patients and guide them on proper usage; • Monitor each patient’s nutritional risk score and define follow-up frequency; • Record consultations in the patient’s medical record (PEP System); • Input, monitor, and evaluate clinical care indicators; • Participate in clinical, departmental, and technical meetings; • Identify emerging trends and new technologies in the field; • Design and implement nutritional health initiatives for partner companies; • Prepare and/or revise nutrition tips in collaboration with other departments of the cooperative. **Required Knowledge** Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of healthcare equipment; Experience in a hospital environment.
