Job Description * Coordinate routine operational processes; * Pursue continuous improvement in operational logistics processes; * Lead the team to achieve individual and collective growth; * Conduct inventory counts; * Record daily inventory and logistics controls in spreadsheets; * Report operational performance to the Logistics Manager; * Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse and logistics equipment; * Monitor temperature in cold chambers; * Organize product storage according to the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principle for each item; * Conduct weekly inventory audits; * Implement workplace safety rules and company strategic guidelines; Desirable Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Logistics; * Basic knowledge of OFFICE software; * Knowledge of goods storage and dispatch.
