Mandatory Requirements * Completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience in HR and Personnel Department routines. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Proactive profile and ability to perform generalist functions. Preferred Qualifications * Experience implementing internal policies, job classification systems, and salary plans. * Experience working in technology companies or companies undergoing expansion. * Experience in internal marketing, culture, and engagement projects.
