With a focus on technology and design, it aims to efficiently meet its clients’ needs. **Responsibilities:** Work as a generalist across HR routines, managing internal communication and endomarketing processes, training and development, recruitment and selection, while supporting leadership in implementing people management policies and initiatives related to organizational culture, engagement, and employee development. Design and monitor endomarketing and internal communication campaigns to strengthen engagement, organizational climate, and our culture. Plan and monitor training and development initiatives to promote employee capability building and growth. Plan and monitor onboarding activities, ensuring new employees have an excellent experience from day one. Monitor and conduct experience evaluation initiatives, analyzing perceptions, consolidating results, and proposing improvements jointly with leadership. Support recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment through interview facilitation and candidate feedback. Support leadership in applying people management policies and addressing topics such as climate, development, and recognition. Monitor HR departmental metrics and propose process improvements. Contribute to projects promoting continuous improvement of the employee experience. Previous roles as HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
