Experience with HR department routines Central de Consultas, one of the largest healthcare networks in RS, is looking for an HR Department Assistant to join our People Management team. We seek a dynamic, proactive individual who enjoys working in a relaxed environment and has experience handling HR department routines. **Responsibilities:** * Handle onboarding, terminations, and vacation processes; * Submit payroll data and verify payroll reports; * Verify labor charges; * Monitor and organize leaves (Maternity Leave, INSS); * Time & Attendance Management (Pontomais); * Benefits Administration (TRI, TEU, FLASH, etc.); * Address employee inquiries; * Maintain spreadsheets/controls in Excel; * Generate and organize monthly reports; * Schedule periodic medical examinations; * Perform other HR department-related tasks. **Requirements:** * Experience with payroll closing; * Experience verifying terminations and vacation records; * Experience with time & attendance management; Pontomais experience is a plus; * Experience managing onboarding processes; * Knowledge of labor legislation and calculations; * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:12 to 18:00 **Work Location:** Centro – Porto Alegre/RS Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Meal Allowance: R$22.00 (per day) * Health App – Dr. Central * Hours-Off on your birthday * 10% discount on company-provided consultations and exams (for family members)
