Job Summary: Responsible for presenting products, educating users about diabetes, promoting events, and managing merchandising and distribution at points of sale. Key Highlights: 1. Present and educate on FreeStyle Libre products and diabetes 2. Promote educational events and manage merchandising 3. Collaborate with teams and conduct product training Responsibilities include: 1. Presenting FreeStyle Libre and other products in the line to patients and users at clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and public institutions, providing scientific information and product benefits to end consumers, meeting visit targets according to defined frequency and sequence criteria. 2. Educating new and existing users on the use and handling of FreeStyle Libre and other products in the line. 3. Presenting concepts and nuances of diabetes, including complications arising from poor control, to pharmacists and healthcare professionals involved in dispensing FreeStyle Libre. 4. Conveying essential knowledge to patients/users to improve understanding of diabetes as a pathology. 5. Guiding people with diabetes and their caregivers on the importance of changing daily habits to support acceptance and, especially, self-management of diabetes through increased self-monitoring for proper control. 6. Adapting and optimizing approaches and communication styles with patients, family members, and caregivers, responding appropriately to customer needs. 7. Organizing diabetes education events for patients to guide them on the disease, correct product usage, importance of monitoring, treatment adherence, and tips for improved quality of life and well-being. 8. Excellently implementing merchandising fundamentals at visited pharmacies in accordance with the company’s Trade Marketing guidelines. 9. Ensuring products are attractively displayed at points of sale in strategic locations with high visibility for shoppers. 10. Collecting information on product stock and sales, evaluating distribution and availability at visited stores, identifying market issues and opportunities, and reporting them to leadership. 11. Planning customer visits, executing operational strategies, maintaining follow-up, using company-adopted tools, and optimizing territorial travel and financial resources. 12. Conducting a minimum monthly number of product trainings (as specified by Trade Marketing) for pharmacy staff, pharmacists, and managers at visited stores, using company-developed and approved support materials. 13. Participating in congresses, pharmaceutical and healthcare-related events, and conventions within the scope of activity, aiming to promote Abbott products. 14. Collaborating with the demand team and cross-divisional initiatives. 15. Conducting a minimum monthly number of product trainings (as specified by Trade Marketing) for pharmacy staff and pharmacists at visited stores, using company-developed and approved support materials. Facilitating diabetes identification campaigns using ABBOTT products, as well as participating in area-related congresses, events, and campaigns. 16. Maintaining company-defined controls and records, preparing activity reports. 17. Complying with policies and procedures related to the role in accordance with implemented quality management systems. 18. Conducting actions and decisions under the responsibility of the position in alignment with the company’s Commercial Code of Conduct. 19. Supporting EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies and practices, participating in and supporting related activities.
