Their primary mission is to structure, monitor, and optimize the enrollment conversion flow, ensuring that the contact database is properly segmented and that the sales team receives qualified opportunities. This professional acts as the “intelligent bridge” between strategic planning and sales execution, leveraging data to anticipate bottlenecks and suggest improvements to the lead acquisition funnel. Pipeline management to ensure data integrity. Maintain workflows for lead nurturing, relationship engagement sequences, and internal task automation. Perform strategic database cleaning and segmentation for targeted recruitment and re-engagement campaigns. Support the sales team in using the tool, ensuring consultants accurately record interactions. Develop performance reports and dashboards for enrollment management. Adjust lead scoring criteria to prioritize commercial outreach to candidates most likely to enroll. Identify friction points in the candidate’s journey and propose technical or approach-based improvements. Monitor and report which source channels generate the highest enrollment conversions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Advanced knowledge of HubSpot. Ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate numbers into actionable *insights*. Advanced Excel proficiency for external data integration and spreadsheet manipulation. Deep understanding of conversion stages. Results- and metrics-oriented mindset for decision-making. Ability to navigate fluently between technical and commercial language. Proactivity in identifying process flaws and acting swiftly.
