Maintain an organized and safe workplace **JOB DESCRIPTION:** The role involves assisting in the production and maintenance of upholstered furniture, furniture pieces, and other products involving the upholstery process. Under supervision, the professional will perform cutting, material preparation, assembly, and finishing tasks, ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and delivery deadlines. * Assist in material preparation, including fabric cutting, sewing, stapling, fabric trimming, and other related tasks. * Install profiles, perform finishing, and upholster all types of chair seats/backrests. * Inspect furniture and materials prior to beginning the upholstery process, identifying potential issues and suggesting solutions. * Adjust and assemble upholstery according to furniture dimensions and model specifications, ensuring perfect fit and uniform finishing. * Ensure finishing quality, with emphasis on details, alignment, and integrity of the covering material. * Maintain an organized and safe workplace, ensuring cleanliness. * Collaborate with the production team to meet delivery deadlines and ensure service quality. **EDUCATION:** * Completed high school **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior knowledge of cutting, sewing, foam application, fabric attachment, and other upholstery processes is preferred. * Proficiency in performing finishing tasks. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Good communication skills **BENEFITS** Transportation Allowance; Life Insurance; Meal Allowance R$260.00; Pharmacy Benefit Plan; TotalPass; Dental Plan; and Qualification Program.
