Act as mentor and technical support for junior and mid-level buyers We seek an experienced and strategic professional to serve as Senior Procurement Buyer for the logistics category, responsible for leading medium-to-high complexity strategic negotiations, directly contributing to supply strategy definition, supplier development, procurement process optimization, and ensuring optimal cost\-benefit for the company by applying advanced methodologies such as Should-Cost Analysis and Strategic Sourcing. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and execute procurement strategies with a focus on logistics. * Conduct quotation processes and complex negotiations with national and international suppliers. * Manage large-scale, high-value contracts. * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers. * Perform market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities. * Assess and mitigate supply chain risks. * Act as mentor and technical support for junior and mid-level buyers. * Participate in multidisciplinary projects with departments such as Legal, Finance, and Technology. * Jointly draft contracts with the Legal team; * Analyze performance indicators and propose continuous improvements; * Participate in cost reduction and process optimization initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain or related disciplines; * Experience as a Senior Buyer, preferably in companies with complex logistics operations. * Knowledge of Should-Cost Analysis and Strategic Sourcing; * Proficiency in negotiation techniques, contract management, and market analysis; * Proficiency in procurement management tools (ERP, e\-procurement); * Intermediate to advanced English (desirable); * Analytical, proactive profile with strong decision-making ability. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Leadership and ability to influence decisions. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. **Additional Information** Medical Assistance Private Health Insurance Meal Voucher (VR) and Food Voucher (VA) Transportation Voucher Christmas Basket Birthday Day Off Extended Maternity Leave Extended Paternity Leave Childcare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers Wellhub Agreement (Gympass) Profit-Sharing Program – PPR New Sabesp is much more than a sanitation company.
