Involves shipping, packaging, and logistics handling **Responsibilities:** * **Mechanical Assembly:** Perform assembly of bases, installation of casters, doors, hinges, and other structural components, ensuring alignment and mechanical functionality. * **Sheet Metal Forming:** Assist in bending processes, operating equipment under supervision and ensuring part precision for assembly. * **Thermal Insulation:** Perform polyurethane (P.U.) injection, preparing structures, monitoring expansion, and ensuring proper cavity filling. * **Finishing and Aesthetics:** Carry out technical cleaning of components, deburring, fine adjustments, and surface finishing to meet required visual and hygiene standards. * **Shipping and Packaging:** Execute final packaging, ensuring adequate equipment protection during transport and verifying accessories. * **Logistics Handling:** Operate cargo vehicles (requires **CNH C**) for supplier pickups or scheduled deliveries, ensuring cargo safety and vehicle maintenance. * **Organization and Quality:** Maintain an organized and clean workplace (5S), strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and technical standards. * **Process Control:** Report any mechanical failure, injection defect, or irregularity in parts to the immediate supervisor to support continuous improvement of the QMS.
