Do you have knowledge of maintenance control software and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel), and are you **organized, detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing tasks, dynamic, and enjoy working in a team?** Then this could be your chance to join a **large logistics sector organization, performing administrative tasks and material control within the maintenance area, supporting management and other members of the maintenance team!** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support administrative and operational routines of the area; * Manage and organize the maintenance inventory, verifying materials (physical vs. system); * Request replenishment of critical items, receive, sort, and deliver materials; * Control tools for vessels; * Enter purchase requests for materials and services into the system; * Support control of invoices, purchase orders, and the department’s petty cash fund; * Provide support to suppliers and service providers; Comply with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Asset Management guidelines. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **Location:** Navegantes District – POA **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in inventory control. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems. * Prior experience in maintenance, warehouse, or procurement areas, preferably in industrial or naval/maritime environments.
