We are strengthening our Customer Success team and seeking professionals for on-site work under PJ (individual contractor) arrangement. **What would your routine be like with us?** You will be responsible for ensuring the retention and growth of our customer base through personalized and proactive support. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s success and build a career in customer success. Your main responsibilities will include: * Monitoring customers and proposing solutions, collecting feedback, and analyzing satisfaction metrics; * Leading product recognition and adoption practices during onboarding; * Attending kickoff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing journey sessions with partners; * Managing end-to-end customer journeys for low- and mid-touch clients with low-complexity businesses. **Requirements:** * Reside in Porto Alegre/RS or surrounding region; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; * Results- and goal-oriented mindset with customer focus; * Prior experience in this role; * Basic technology knowledge and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. **Benefits** * Gympass (Wellhub) * Telemedicine * Co.
