Job Summary: Professional responsible for delivery and route planning and execution, store and customer communication, and support in optimizing logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in process and system improvement RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan order deliveries and create routes in TMS and ERP; Contact stores for operational alignment and scheduling; Review daily invoiced orders not yet delivered; Create loading maps for Shipping; Prepare shipping and transportation document pouches; Update control spreadsheets for the monitoring department; Adjust estimated delivery dates in ERP system; Assist in scheduling deliveries to major customers; Support cubic meterage control for company fleet and third parties; Support improvements in TMS and ERP processes and systems.
