Carry out activities according to training and procedures **Description** The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting all stages of the production process, ensuring quality, safety, and organization in the workplace, in compliance with the company’s standards and procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management guidelines; * Strictly follow the Code of Conduct; * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) provided by the company, complying with all safety regulations; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with the 5S Program, preserving equipment and company assets; * Monitor and maintain work equipment/instruments, requesting maintenance or calibration whenever necessary; * Carry out activities according to established training, instructions, and procedures; * Comply with production planning, following cell reports and supervisors’ instructions; * Enter maintenance information into the FAS system and request an NCR (Non-Conformance Report) when required; * Immediately report any incident or failure during task execution to the supervisor for analysis; * Participate in business trips, as requested; * Assist with general cleaning of the work area, including warehouse washing, when necessary; * Support production processes in the following areas—Testing/Electrical, Transformers, Mechanical, Insulation, Modeling, Machining, Boiler-making, Washing and Painting, Impregnation and Bandaging, Winding and Cutting and Cleaning—as needed; * Strictly comply with production cell reporting requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in industry or production is a plus. * Proactivity, attention to detail, organization, and commitment.
