The role involves interventions in air conditioning, ventilation, water and sewage networks, roofs, reservoirs, and drainage systems, ensuring proper operation, safety, and integrity of structures and equipment. The professional will also monitor the overall condition of facilities, support minor construction works, adaptations, and structural improvements, manage materials and tools, and, when necessary, supervise third-party service providers. Compliance with safety regulations, workplace organization, and adherence to internal guidelines and applicable regulations are expected. A strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and capacity to work collaboratively are essential.
