




Job Summary: Responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting CNC boring machines to machine complex parts with precision, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on dimensional accuracy and quality * Description: Responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting CNC boring machines to machine medium- and high-complexity parts, ensuring dimensional accuracy, quality, productivity, and compliance with safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and set up CNC boring machines according to production orders and technical drawings; * Interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and geometric tolerances; * Perform tooling, fixture, and workpiece setup; * Adjust cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, depth of cut); * Monitor and verify dimensions using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.); * Make direct program adjustments on the machine control panel when necessary; * Maintain the machine, tools, and workplace in good condition; * Comply with safety, quality, and internal procedures; * Record production data and report non-conformities. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields is desirable); * Proven experience operating CNC boring machines; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Basic understanding of CNC programming (Sinumerik 810m / Fagor 8035); * Knowledge of metrology and dimensional control. **Desired Competencies:** * Attention to detail and precision; * Organization and responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proactivity and focus on quality. * Availability for shift work, if required; Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting at R$22.00 per hour Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Commuter allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately?
