Brasília - DF Hybrid R$ 8,000.00 to R$ 15,000.00 (Gross Monthly) 3 Positions Service Provider (PJ) Consultant Full-time Financial Protection Consultant – Multinational Financial Services Company (1365) A multinational company expanding in the financial planning and protection segment is seeking entrepreneurial and commercially oriented professionals to work in Brasília, Goiás, and surrounding areas. Hiring Model Legal Entity (Autonomous Commercial Partnership) Number of Openings: 03 Compensation 100% variable, comprising commissions and monthly financial support for the first 17 months, based on performance. Variable monthly financial support, potentially reaching R$ 15,000.00/month depending on productivity. Average commission rate of 40% on sales achieved. Starting from the 18th month, consultants receive quarterly bonuses. Average monthly earnings between R$ 10,000 and R$ 17,000, depending on results. Key Responsibilities Proactively prospecting new clients within your personal contact network and local market. Presenting financial protection solutions and personal financial planning services. Providing post-sales follow-up and maintaining your client portfolio. Continuously developing your relationship network and commercial performance. Mandatory Requirements Completed undergraduate degree. Demonstrated active income exceeding R$ 8,500.00/month. Residence in Brasília, Goiás, or surrounding areas. Strong professional network. Desired Profile Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset. High discipline and strong focus on results. Communicative, dynamic, and ambitious personality. Comfortable working with targets and autonomously.
