The main mission will be to act as a bridge between withholding taxes and internal payment processes. On a day-to-day basis, activities include: * Operations and Support: Handle routine accounts payable and taxation tasks (with focus on indirect taxes and service-related taxes, such as Income Tax, withheld INSS, and ISS). * Reporting and Analysis: Support the creation of periodic reports and the handling of spreadsheets for analytical purposes. * Automation and Invoices: Support tax automation processes and invoice registration, performing invoice validation and monitoring registration volume and errors. * New Technologies: Assist in implementing new tools and using Artificial Intelligence for invoice capture and file uploads. * Interface and Partnership: Interact directly with the Group’s BI team, accounting areas, Treasury, and provide clear support to internal customers. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences. * Excel: Intermediate to advanced proficiency. * Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounts payable and taxes/withholding at source. * Differentiators: Prior experience in financial institutions, ERP system knowledge, and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence. **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
