With an experienced team, the company excels in data analysis and implementation of operational improvements. **Responsibilities:** Team Management: Lead and develop Finance and IT teams, structuring processes and performance indicators. Planning and Feasibility: Conduct financial planning, forecast cash flow, and perform investment feasibility analysis. Controller Functions: Ensure monthly closing, analyze the income statement (DRE), and margin indicators by product/client. Governance: Maintain internal controls, financial policies, and support budgetary governance across departments. Tax Compliance: Monitor tax impacts and prepare the company for changes under the Tax Reform. Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable/receivable, treasury, collections, reduce delinquency, and manage banking relationships. Procurement and Infrastructure: Manage corporate purchases, strategic contracts, physical infrastructure, and technology assets. Position based in Joinville / SC. Bachelor’s degree required.
