We operate with innovation, clinical safety, and commitment to continuous improvement, anticipating societal and healthcare system transformations. **Job Objective** To support the Healthcare Billing Audit department’s routines, contributing to clinical record organization, healthcare account analysis, and audit processes, ensuring documentary compliance and information quality for healthcare billing. **Main Responsibilities** * Main responsibilities * Assist in organizing, verifying, and assembling clinical records * Support retrospective, concurrent, and prospective audits according to health plan rules * Verify clinical documents (progress notes, TISS forms, prescriptions, protocols, and time sheets) * Assist in account analysis and identification of non-conformities * Support preparation of claim appeals * Perform receipt, digitization, and control of SAME documents * Record audit and claim information in the system * Contribute to Quality Management System processes * Support development/update of workflows, SOPs, and work instructions **General Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Nursing undergraduate program (from the 2nd semester onward); Type of position: Internship Contract duration: 12 months Compensation: R$950.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Which shift do you attend classes?
