Development of operational technical procedures We are seeking a professional to work as a Production Supervisor at one of our partner companies in Apiaí-SP. The role involves supporting the planning and management of continuous chemical, petrochemical, and related production processes; correcting deviations from normal operating conditions; supervising the development of operational technical procedures; addressing anomalies; leading, developing, and evaluating work teams; and participating in the development of regulatory documents (service instructions, operation manuals, and others). All activities must comply with technical and quality standards, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for the entire production process at the Rosin and Derivatives Plants; * Ensure compliance with instructions by work teams; * Analyze risks of production process deviations and address deviations from normal operating conditions; * Supervise operational corrections and monitor variations in the production process; * Responsible for employee training and team development; * Maintain operational continuity by establishing deadlines and priorities for operational processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or specialization in Engineering, Chemistry, or Administration; * Knowledge of the chemical industry and factory supervision; * Interpersonal skills; * Organizational skills; * Willingness to relocate.
