




Job Summary: Work as a Maintenance Technician in the Energy Department, implementing and performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-, medium-, and low-voltage systems. We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician position in the Energy Department.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please apply and share it with your professional network.** **Our job openings are inclusive.** **\#TICTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Comply with technical and administrative procedures required by work processes, in accordance with legal and specific requirements; * Monitor and/or deliver training related to initial qualification, capacity building, and/or refresher courses relevant to the role; * Provide technical support to assist in drafting specifications and technical procedures for materials, including collecting information/data; * Conduct inspections of third-party activities and material/equipment receipt for mechanical, electrical, electronic, and electro-electronic equipment; * Execute and guide, providing technical support for installation, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of Energy systems, and, when necessary, distribute and monitor compliance with service schedules; * Perform operation services on high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical systems; * Perform maintenance on specialized equipment and machinery; * Operate specialized machinery and equipment; * Operate and/or drive road, rail, and road-rail vehicles; * Develop and implement general maintenance projects and procedures, conducting surveys and calculations, monitoring and assisting teams during equipment and system installations and implementations, guiding and/or advising maintenance teams, proposing alternatives to optimize services and labor; * Participate in research and fault detection for mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and other equipment and services, identifying and proposing solutions and corrective actions; * Use company’s computerized systems to perform maintenance activities; * Conduct tests and trials on components and equipment in general, analyzing and investigating failures, proposing solutions or forwarding issues for correction; * Monitor and advise other professionals during project implementation and equipment installation, proposing necessary adaptations; * Assist in scheduling, controlling, and monitoring predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, providing guidance, clarifications, and resolving questions raised by service teams; * Assist in distributing materials and equipment used within the area of responsibility; * Supervise third-party activities conducted within the area of responsibility; * Prepare reports, tables, spreadsheets, controls, and general technical documentation; * Respond promptly to system failures to restore services rapidly and normally; * Report all accidents or incidents involving oneself—including environmental ones—to the immediate supervisor; * Assemble and disassemble, paint, clean, blow out, and lubricate components, parts, and equipment; * Perform any other duties inherent to the role as requested or required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electronics, or Electro-electronics * Preferred education: Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering **Additional Information** Benefits: Medical and dental assistance (Sulámerica) VR: R$ 1\.154,00 Transportation allowance Profit-sharing program (PLR) Wellhub / Gympass TIC Trens is a concessionaire owned by Grupo Comporte (a Brazilian holding company comprising road and urban passenger transport, cargo, and tourism enterprises) and CRRC (a leading Chinese enterprise manufacturing and supplying railway materials and equipment worldwide). TIC Trens will be responsible for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the North Axis Intercity Train, connecting São Paulo to Campinas, operating at speeds up to 140 km/h, with a capacity of up to 860 passengers per trip. The 101-km route will provide express service between Barra Funda Terminal, Jundiaí, and Campinas, with a travel time of 64 minutes. There will also be the Inter-municipal Train (TIM) between Jundiaí and Campinas, covering 44 kilometers in 33 minutes. The project further includes the operation, maintenance, and modernization of São Paulo’s Metropolitan Rail Line 7-Rubi.**
