




Job Summary: A Civil Maintenance Technician performs repairs and building maintenance in plumbing, masonry, painting, flooring, and roofing, ensuring facility safety and operational functionality. Ensures safety and proper functioning of facilities The **Civil Maintenance Technician** carries out repair and building maintenance services, caring for the physical structure of buildings—including plumbing, masonry, painting, flooring, and roofing—as well as assisting with electrical and air conditioning systems, guaranteeing facility safety and operational functionality through preventive and corrective maintenance, in compliance with technical and safety standards. * **Electrical:** Lamp replacement, outlet repair, circuit breaker servicing, and minor repairs to electrical panels. * **Plumbing:** Sink unclogging, faucet repair, leak detection and repair. * **Structural/General:** Minor wall, floor, plaster, painting repairs, and furniture assembly. * **Inspection:** Periodic inspections to identify wear and prevent major failures. * **Safety:** Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (NRs), fire prevention standards, and environmental regulations.
