Come be part of this community! **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Plan, supervise, and control all earthwork fronts (embankments, compaction, rockfill, filters, and drains); * Ensure project geotechnical parameters are met (moisture content, density, grain size distribution, compaction energy, etc.); * Monitor earthwork performance during construction, evaluating geotechnical instrumentation and stability conditions; * Validate materials used (soils, rockfill, filters) according to technical specifications; * Coordinate field teams and interface with contracted companies; * Prepare and review technological control reports, field logs, and as-built documentation; * Report construction deviations and propose immediate corrective actions. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Geotechnical Engineering; * Proven experience in earthfill dam construction; * In-depth knowledge of geotechnics, compaction, and technological control; * Knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is desirable.
