We are dedicated to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—promoting an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure execution of maintenance plans for signaling systems, substations, UPS units, diesel generators, and overhead traction networks; Conduct failure analyses, root cause investigations (RCA), and define action plans; Provide technical support to field leadership for operational and technical decision-making; Monitor performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability) and propose improvements; Develop, review, and deliver training on procedures and work instructions; Ensure accurate and complete recording of maintenance activities in the company’s corporate system; Serve as the technical interface with suppliers to monitor and oversee contracts; Validate measurements, ensure compliance with SLAs, and track contractual pending items; Identify opportunities for technological optimization and cost reduction; Support leadership in monitoring the area’s OPEX and CAPEX budgets; Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations of results for management and executive leadership; Propose continuous improvements to maintenance processes; Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards; Guide teams on correct use of PPE/collective protective equipment and safe work practices; Safeguard integrity of tools, materials, and equipment; Monitor energy consumption and other operational resources, proposing rational usage initiatives; Research and evaluate new technologies applicable to maintenance; Support the technical development of the team by providing guidance, standardizing practices, and participating in trainings and technical feedback sessions, aligned with supervision and coordination. #LI-MT1 #LI-ONSITE **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering; Experience in Power Systems; Required hands-on experience in electrical maintenance; Knowledge of overhead traction networks, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, medium- and high-voltage substations, rectifier substations, metro signaling systems, and diesel generators. **You’ll stand out if you have:** Railway systems knowledge is a plus.
