Planning and delivery of in-person and online training. The Training & Development Analyst for Franchises will be responsible for developing training materials and delivering training, ensuring continuous capacity building for Drako network employees and franchisees. The role involves direct responsibility for creating and managing instructional content, administering the Corporate University, and analyzing training performance—contributing to operational improvement and unit results. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, update, and standardize training materials for franchisees and operational teams. * Plan and deliver in-person and online training for the franchise network. * Administer Drako’s Corporate University. * Manage learning paths, courses, and content on the Sults platform. * Monitor training performance indicators (engagement, completion, and effectiveness). * Conduct training needs assessments with internal departments and franchised units. * Support dissemination of processes, operational standards, and franchisor culture. * Propose continuous improvements to training content and formats aligned with business strategy. **Requirements** * Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in Training & Development. * Experience with franchise networks or multi-unit operations is considered a plus. * Familiarity with the Sults platform. * Proficiency with digital tools, content management, and online teaching. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capability to deliver training.
