As part of the Social Media team, this person will support the execution of clients’ digital strategies, contributing to agenda organization, content quality, and interaction monitoring. In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience, develop digital expertise, and participate in building the online presence of the brands we serve. - **Work model:** Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite at our Belo Horizonte office for team collaboration, and 2 days remote to balance your routine. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Organizing agendas and schedules using internal tools. * Assisting with caption writing and text review. * Monitoring comments, direct messages, and interactions. * Researching references, trends, and market benchmarks. * Supporting monthly report updates. * Participating in internal team meetings. **What we’re looking for:** * Currently enrolled in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields. * Interest in social media and digital communication. * Strong writing skills and fluency in Portuguese. * Basic knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube). * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Academic experience or personal projects involving social media. * Basic understanding of digital metrics. * Familiarity with tools such as Canva or similar. **Our internship contract and benefits:** This position is offered as an internship, with the following support for your day-to-day work: * Internship stipend of R$1,500.00; * Monthly expense allowance of R$300.00 paid via Caju card; * Genuine hybrid model: 3 days onsite to exchange energy with the team and 2 days remote to balance your routine; * Commuting allowance: transportation assistance on onsite days, with no deduction from the internship stipend; * Birthday celebration: You receive a Day Off on your birthday; * Work equipment: An Atake laptop provided from day one. - ️ ATAKE values and supports diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
