Create visual assets and support institutional materials **Title: Social Media Analyst** We are seeking an outstanding social media professional — hands-on, creative, quick in execution, and skilled in editing and design — to strengthen our client’s brand positioning on social media. Our client is a technology company located in Mogi das Cruzes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute editorial calendars and content guidelines for social media; * Capture content (stories, behind-the-scenes) and assist in video editing (Reels, teasers, clips); * Create static/animated visual assets and support institutional materials; * Participate in the production of courses and institutional materials; * Monitor basic metrics and propose improvements. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in social media; * Technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere (mandatory); * Figma or Illustrator (**at least one**); * Updated portfolio (**mandatory submission**); * Desired skills: CapCut, Canva, Notion, and Meta; * Must reside in Mogi das Cruzes or surrounding area; * Proactive, organized profile with strong execution capability. **Work Schedule and Compensation:** * Employment Type: CLT; * Salary: R$ 2.500,00; * Meal/Voucher Allowance (VA/VR) – Caju R$500.00/month; * Laptop provided by the company for remote work; * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM; * Hybrid Work: 3 days/week onsite (Monday to Wednesday), remaining days remote; * Bonus for achieving targets; * Career development plan; * Gympass.
