




Job Summary: This position involves theoretical training of apprentices, dialogue with companies, application of work methodology, and administrative management of inclusion processes and documentation, with a focus on the development of vulnerable youth. Office organization activities and administrative tasks including printing and filing time sheets. Conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions for vulnerable groups. Providing guidance on cross-cutting themes related to learning, and delivering required content and projects for program development. Requirements Minimum Education Level Completed undergraduate degree Other Requirements Completed education in human development fields. Enjoy working with vulnerable youth. Proficiency and practical experience with Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (30 hours per week). Residence in Guaxupé/ MG. Experience in group facilitation, lesson plan development, and classroom instruction and training is desirable.
