We are looking for a professional to join our Benefits team, responsible for handling a client portfolio comprising insured and/or non-insured benefits of intermediate complexity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide service to a medium-complexity client portfolio through in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, ensuring all clients receive timely and accurate assistance aligned with their specific needs. * Deliver customer service through attentive treatment grounded in dialogue and understanding of client needs, thereby clarifying doubts and providing necessary information regarding coverage processes for insured and/or non-insured benefits. * Support clients regarding reimbursement requests and/or pre-approvals, via in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses incurred outside the accredited network. * Carry out necessary procedures for market research by collecting required data and/or information to complete quotation forms, identifying optimal conditions and facilities for the client within the renewal deadline. * Prepare reports and/or presentations on claims indicators using organized data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analysis, to provide clients with policy performance results. * Identify opportunities for improvement through process mapping conducted during execution, application of procedures, and workflow implementation, proposing actions enabling continuous improvement in customer service. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as needed or demanded by the department, whenever necessary—through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor—to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS regulations * Client focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication **Additional Information** * Sul América Health and Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Meal and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Gympass * Wellhub * Day off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the scope of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of the country’s leading brokers in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
