We are seeking a professional who will be responsible for the efficient implementation of insurable and non-insurable benefits, ensuring compliance, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement benefits contracts (PME, Middle, or Corporate), both insurable and non-insurable, managing all stages of the process to ensure accurate integration and implementation of products and services. * Monitor the implementation schedule by tracking milestones and SLAs to guarantee on-time deliveries and prevent delays. * Verify the operator’s active database and initial billing through data and documentation analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy of client information. * Map the client’s internal routines and align them with consulting team areas via meetings and process assessments to ensure seamless integration and clarity in implementation procedures. * Validate the implementation layout (consulting model) through critical analysis and client-driven adjustments to ensure processes are correct and applicable. * Review the consulting firm’s commercial and technical proposal through detailed document analysis to ensure all client requirements are met. * Receive and manage digital signatures via the consulting platform to formalize agreements and mandatory documentation. * Guide clients on operational routines and billing through training sessions and communications to promote autonomy and proper use of benefits. * Draft and adapt implementation communications and materials by customizing templates to ensure clarity and consistency in communication. * Lead or participate in internal kickoffs and meetings with clients and operators, aligning expectations and strategies to ensure mutual understanding and effective implementation planning. * Verify deadlines and pending items with the operator through continuous monitoring to maintain project flow within the established timeline. * Request information from the operator and/or client regarding claims and discretionary requests (excluding commercial matters) via direct contact and demand tracking to clarify pending items and ensure proper handling of requests. * Develop communication materials by creating and customizing templates and content to ensure clarity, standardization, and effectiveness in client communications. * Deliver implementation presentations through in-person or virtual presentations and training sessions to enable clients and employees to correctly execute processes. * Conduct internal operational meetings with operators and clients through strategic alignment and technical discussions to ensure integration, sound decision-making, and efficient implementation progress. * Support the creation of reports and analysis of departmental KPIs by maintaining accurate data in the consulting firm’s systems, ensuring information integrity in accordance with contractual rules and client-mapped routines. * Perform registrations and updates in the consulting firm’s tools by recording client data and routines, contracts, subcontracts, and beneficiaries to ensure updated and consistent information **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of contractual rules governing operators and/or insurers * Experience in the insurance industry, specifically implementing medium-complexity PME, Middle, and Corporate contracts * Client-focused mindset, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, logical reasoning, organization, and assertive communication skills **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Wellhub * Wellz * Day Off * Discounts on personal insurance purchases, including auto, life, home, and travel insurance, among others. **Here, you define the scope of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of the country’s leading insurance brokerage firms specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
