The Senior Corporate Investigations Analyst is responsible for supporting internal investigations in a technical, ethical, and impartial manner, ensuring proper handling of complaints and indications of irregularities. Key responsibilities include analyzing reports received through reporting channels, planning and supporting investigative stages, conducting low- to medium-complexity investigations, performing interviews, collecting and organizing evidence, preparing clear and well-substantiated reports, preserving information confidentiality and chain of custody, and supporting recommendations for corrective and preventive measures—thereby contributing to continuous improvement of investigation processes and the organization’s integrity culture. Main Responsibilities Analyze and classify complaints and indications of irregularities received through internal channels; Plan and conduct medium-complexity investigations with autonomy and technical rigor; Support the execution of high-complexity internal investigations; Support investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption, asset misappropriation, conflicts of interest, harassment, and corporate misconduct. Analyze financial transactions, accounting documents, system records, and suspicious transactions. Conduct investigative interviews, ensuring qualified listening, impartiality, and confidentiality. Collect, organize, and analyze documentary, digital, and testimonial evidence (documents, e-mails, electronic records). Correlate diverse information sources to substantiate or dismiss indications. Prepare clear, objective, and well-substantiated investigative reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of investigation workflows, tools, and methodologies. Serve as a technical reference for junior analysts when required, maintaining ethical and independent conduct. Act in alignment with internal policies and applicable legislation (e.g., Anti-Corruption Law, LGPD, labor regulations). **To succeed in this role, you must have:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Law, Administration, Accounting, or Economics. Specialization in Labor Legislation, Risk Management, Auditing, Compliance, Internal Investigations, or Forensic Investigations.
