Within the Integrated Advertising Business Directorate, the Digital Advertising Products – News area plans and creates sponsorships and commercial opportunities for Globo’s journalistic products—including G1, globo.com, Gnews, newscasts, major events, as well as podcasts, regional content, and affiliates. It is responsible for developing scalable and customized commercial solutions for the market, focusing on expanding the news product portfolio while always respecting the ethical principles and journalistic credibility of Globo. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Developing commercial plans, executive reports, and product defense presentations for market positioning; * Identifying opportunities and creating new digital advertising proposals; * Serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders—including Digital Products, Formats, Strategy & Portfolio, PPD (other verticals), PPC, Pricing & Inventory, OPEC, Sales Team, and Performance—to ensure alignment and validation of processes, projects, and products; * Participating in strategic alignment meetings and product training sessions for the sales executives team; * Monitoring performance indicators for advertising projects and proposing adjustments for optimization; * Analyzing and tracking revenue results, defining action plans to achieve targets; * Conducting trend and competitive analyses to generate insights for portfolio evolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Social Communication, or related fields; * Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem; * Strategic vision for commercial product development of digital products; * Analytical mindset focused on KPIs and revenue; * Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal relationships. **Knowledge That Sets You Apart:** * Prior experience in digital advertising product development and strategy. **Additional Information** **Why Join Globo:** Come and let’s create stories and technologies together.
